Hi,

In a non rent stabilized building, is there a limit to how much a landlord can increase the rent? I currently live in a studio (not rent stabilized) and am paying $1700. My landlord is planning on increasing my rent to $2300 a month...an increase of 35%. Is that legal? Is there anything I can do besides move out?
