Hi, the carpet of my apartment has swollen at some places. Some people say it might be due to water poured there (I am confident nothing like that happened) while some others say that it is due to bad carpet.
I am planning to move out in a short while. How to prove the Apartment manager that it is indeed bad carpet? In fact , in many places the carpet seems to be loose.
Also, there are some stains on the wall (oil stains during cooking etc). Do I need to pay for re-painting ? I have in this apartment for a year.
