Keep in mind too that Lonnie's name/credit is on the line here. I was in a similar situation a couple of years back, and the roommate in question would not have been able to obtain a lease here if her life had depended on it. I have enough going on in my life; I do not run a halfway house for wanna-be squatters.

You never know what could be going on in Lonnie's home! Give the guy a break.
