Hello, please forgive the intrusion on your forum. I am a reporter covering housing issues in ny city for the bloomberg news wire service. For an article I'm writing on the RGB's May 9th vote, I'm looking for tenants whose leases are set to expire this year and who absolutely can not survive yet another increase. If you are or know of someone who fits that description, please call me at 212-893-3759, or send me an e-mail letting me know how I can reach you. Pointing to such cases in print is crucial to an effective article on how the May 9 vote can contribute to the area's affordable housing shortage. Some tenant advocates have been kind enough to help me look for poignant cases, but I thought air my request here too. Thanks for your time.
