Hi. I am going to sign a new lease in a new place in the next few weeks. My girlfriend will likely be moving in with me from Chicago in January. Are there any considerations I should take into account with regard to my lease (she will not be on it)? That is, can I just have her move in with me or is it the landlords business too?
