The following item appears in Today's News Update in the Monday, May 14th online edition of the New York Law Journal:

The Advisory Council of the Civil Court's Housing Part is seeking comments to assist in its evaluation of the reappointments of Housing Court Judges Gerald Bank and Douglas Hoffman. Judge Bank's term ends Aug. 31 and Judge Hoffman's term ends Nov. 25. Comments must be sent by June 8 to Michael Gage, the council's chairperson, at the Civil Court's Administration Office, Room 1240, 111 Centre Street, New York, N.Y. 10013.
