i recently signed a 1 year lease for my apartment. I've since found a MUCH better living situation and want out. It's not rent-stabalized (at least not that i know of) i guess my question is what will happen if I move out? will i just lose my deposit, or can the landlord come after me for the remainder of the rent? any advice would be wonderful.
