I live in a rent stabilized bulding in NYC. The sidewalk in front of the building is in desperate need
of repair. All the management does is keep patching it. My question is,if and when the sidewalk
is totally repaired, does the repair count as a major capital improvement?
Since I believe, the sidewalk is becoming a trip hazard, what agency can I contact to get
the sidewalk repaired?
