I have posted before about my non-stabilized apt. in Brooklyn. I originally suspected the broker was part-owner of my building, now I think it's the landlord who may own the real estate agency. Do I just go to the Dept of Buildings to look up who owns the business? That's where I looked to see who owned my apartment, but I'm not sure if it's the same for a business. Thanks in advance.
