I'm apt. hunting all over Brooklyn and I'm using a co-signer with better credit than mine. Does anyone know what specific information/ documentation I should bring with me? I'm moving from out of state, and my co-sign can't be physically present while I hunt. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
