the thing is that they actually may be moving back to nyc, i would say the chances are at least 50/50, but at this point they just do not know for sure. this seems to be of little consequence to the owner.

how do you demonstrate that the (prime tenant's) absence is temporary and that they intend to return? that being said, what are the penalties if at the end of the day the prime tenant does not return?

any help is much appreciated. thank you.
