You have to tie the guy whose name is on the lease to the guy you know to be the owner/broker- whose name conveniently does not appear on the lease.
You posted the names of the 2 guys and the name of 1 company. I then gave you the names of the 2 different corporate entities. I checked both the guys names you posted- and one of them is a broker for one of those companies.
Those two guys are partners in both companies.
