Where do yo live? If you're in New York, the answer is no. according to 235-f (the roommate law) you are allowed to have all the memebers of your immediate family live with you + 1 ADDITIONAL OCCUPANT, in this case your girlfriend. tell the ll you're getting married in a month, then when she moves in, she is your wife.

Unless I'm missing something, why do LL's insist upon tenants signing something like that when they know it can't be enforced?
