Whoa, Hawk, lighten up. For one thing, because a building is listed as rent regulated or because DHCR says an apartment is stabilized doesn't mean that the landlord is treating it as such. You could ask nicely what Brenda meant by "should be" stabilized. In the meantime, I think it's safe to assume she meant, does a tenant in a stabilized apartment have the right to the choice of a one- or two-year lease?

: please don't tell us that you guess that "my apartment should be rent stabilized".........check first.......and tell is for sure.......use the link below and/or call DHCR!!!!!!!
