Were you advised this by the judge? By your own lawyers? You've been to court numerous times -- I would sue the LL for frivolous claims and harrassment. But then I'd probably not have any money left.

Talk to whoever you can to see what you can do about future cases, if you anticipate any coming. There are also tenant advocate groups all over Manhattan that can help answer your question a lot better than I can. Check your yellow pages or ask your friends who they go to.
