DHCR should have on file the annual apartment registration for your apartment. This should have been filed with DHCR in April. Your name should be on it, along with the amount of rent, or whatever rent the apartment is registered at, but your name should be on it. Aside from that, since you never received an executed copy of your lease, then there is no lease. Tell LL or his minions you expect a new lease-better yet, pick up a blank lease form at any decent stationary store-fill it out, sign it, send it certified mail. Did you happen to keep a copy of the lease you signed?
