No, we never got a copy of our lease. We gave it to one of his minion's to be delivered to the Landlord so he could sign it then he said he would give us a copy of the signed lease. When we signed our lease (myself and my room-mates) we had it notorized.
What if the DHCR doesn't have my apartment registration on file?
Our apartment is not rent controled, so is it true that since we don't have an executed copy of our lease we have no lease and therefore no obligations to our lease? Honestly, I'd rather move than remain in this living situation.
