good advice indeed, but in this guy's case ... could there really be some far-off locale in which brokers get to continuously feed off tenants? sounds to me like we have a lazy broker who wants something for nothing; she isn't even trying very hard to make her claim sound legit.

i'm gonna try that, when i observe people signing a lease i'm gonna step up and say 'hi, i'm the broker ... gimme $300." nice work if you can get it! :^)
