second: calm down.

third: take the lease to a tenant-clinic free lawyer asap: get location nearest you from back of Met Council newspaper 'Tenant" or call them. find tel# here on tenant.net.

fourth: whadayamean ya sistah signed da lease for ya mudder? does she actually have mother's power of attorney? what authorization did she give LL?
