Can anybody reccommend a good no fee rental website. They all seem to charge, so I am looking for references so I don't have to subscribe to more than one.

Basically, I am hoping to escape the use of a broker. With that in mind and assuming no good no fee sites, is my best bet just to hit the pavement and go building to building?
