My landlord has sold the house we have been renting for
31/2 years without any warning,so we must move soon(which is hard to
do with 4 kids,2 with physical limitations,dr.'s appoints up the ying
yang,4 birthdays coming up & schooling on top of it all).We are
afraid we wont find another home in time.The kids have been in tears
& I just don't know what else to do.We need your help.
We offerred to do a rent to own & he said no,he needed to sell it outright.
We are looking for a place to rent to own as our credit is B-,so we are having a really hard time getting a loan to buy a home.We are in the Magna,Utah area & have been paying $800.00 a month,every month,on time.We are hoping to find a home in Magna,Kearns,West Valley...
