The Excite search engine of TenantNet's Housing Court Decisions (and possibly of this Forum and of the entire TenantNet website) is very frustrating.
The Advanced Search seems to work only if you enter one word. The regular search treats the entry of two or more words as OR, instead of AND. Placing AND between the two words makes no difference. Placing the two-word phrase in quotation marks also makes no difference.
Furthermore, singular and plural of words are treated differently. For example, you have to do separate searches for "charge" and "charges" -- instead of a search for "charge" yielding both, or being able to search for charge OR charges at the same time.
Could TenantNet switch to another search engine, such as Google, which is much more flexible?
