I checked Help on Making Queries (http://tenant.net/.WWW/Excite/AT-queryhelp.html) under TenantNet's Advanced Search, with no real change.

Although late AND (fee OR charge) gave results, it was not really different from previous searches. It simply doesn't work correctly.
