I was wondering if my landlord has the right to place a FOR RENT sign on my porch. It disrupts the beauty of my living space on the porch. There is a front yard that would be perfect for the sign, or it could be placed on the landlord's side of the porch. I will be living at this apartment for 6 more weeks. I want the hideous sign relocated. What are my right's?? Please help! Living in rural Cobleskill, NY (duplex house, 1/2 mine & 1/2 the LL side by side)
