That would be between your LL, which in this case the LL is the tenant who sublet to you. That is something for the both of you to work out and discuss.

: Hello, I am subletting an apartment from someone, the agreeement is that if I want to leave the sublet before my time agreement expires, I need to give two months notice. Could I leave immediately if I find a replacement? There are no terms to that affect in the agreement.
