It all started when the old fart flooded my kitchen with his toilet,
the first time it got fixed. Then it happened again and we said
nothing, the third time we called the land lord and yelled, he came down and handed us a get out notice,(by the end of august) this was
in the middle of july. Now when he left that night, he said "If you
are not happy here move out." There are other problems also, my kitchen celing which came down the first time we got flooded, my
bathroom celing which has mold all over it and half way down the walls
do to no ventalation, and the foundation which has fallen out over this past winter. Yes he knows of all these things. We want to move
but do not have the money to move. I guess my question is is that
get out notice leagle? I have a four year old also.

We live in Catt. County in the town of Gowanda, it is a two family
dwelling. No lease. Built approx. 1920.

please help, should i go to a lawyer? I have taken pictures of everything.
