This person is being evicted, so his anger--directed at a totally anonymous person -- was justified. Teaching this person "manners" was totally uncalled-for and should have been deleted by tenant.net. The purpose of this board is to help tenants, not to teach "manners" toward the people evicting them!

: Maybe the poster did have a legit question, but calling the upstairs neighbor such a name is too much. He should get no answers or big flames or lessons in common human decency. And he had the chutzpah to be rude to such a gentle nudge instead of apologizing to all.
