Preferential vs. Legal - Hold up

In the second case of the Missionary Sisters, they ended up paying the difference between the preferential and the legal rent.

I re-read the case articles attached. So while preferential rent can be argued away as completely irrelevant in the first case, in the second case, it was not.

it depends on who you ask and who's interpreting. as i said in my previous post!!!!
