Noise is part of living in the city. I'll bet your neighbor would go insane living across from a school playground. The noise you describe, the "noise" you son makes, might be annoying to the neighbor, but it's not an offense you can be evicted for.Just keep him from yelling out the window. During the day, the usual noise is ok, but at night, after say 8pm, it should be quiet, but by then you son should also be in bed. Maybe you should buy one of those little round machines that emits what's called "white noise". It may be called a sleep machine or something. You can get them at Macy's, Sharper Image, maybe even Radio Shack.
