Every so often a tenant will kill a landlord (or here a marshall) or a landlord will kill a tenant. Neither should be condoned. If either poster puts this in the context of tenant/landlord issues, then they miss the point of the many problems that exist and if the media wasn't preoccupied with Gary Condit, they would flame the political flames (no pun intended). This one was rage, fury and violence. I guess the real problem is why is the system so dysfunctional that people resort to such things?

As for Mr/Ms "-" -- please pick a user handle and stick with it.

: If you think its OK to murder a city marshall, I guess you're OK with not paying rent either. Well, guess what. The perpetrator of this crime will surely be living many years "rent-free" in a state prison, at taxpayer expense.
