i find it odd that the "tenant" repeadely refers to himself/herself as a "roommate" ...when we all know that that term is being (repeadely) misused here. query why the term roommate is being used when it is not necessary
also the statement that supposedly some lawyer said that there is no illusory tenancy situation based on the story presented is absurd. finally, for the "tenant" after supposedly having consulted an attorney, to now refer to the situation as an "illusory subtenacy" when no such thing exits,,,,,, makes this all sound like a made up story.... someone is pulling our collective leg here, folks
