Get a sink stopper. Your super might have to replace that part of your sink that covers the drain with one specifically designed to seal up the drain. It should be metal and it has a thick rubber seal.

We have a downstairs neighbor who complains about this all the time. When we wash the dishes the suds "disturb" him. Whatever.

The correct sink stopper will solve the problem.
