sure it'd be *nice* to get the place cleaned up, but it's not your responsiblity. most prospective tenants know how to look around the clutter when they see a place anyhow. you won't really be able to refuse you LL entry, regardless of your presence or what stuff you have there still. she's given you notice and is entering for a legit reason. but don't change your plans for this. it's wise to stay on a LL's good side, but don't bend over backward, esp this late in the game. only if you think it will help you get your deposit back!
