No its caulking comes in a tube and you squeeze it out into the gap between the floor and the wall, it sticks to your hand and smells bad, hey if a woman wants to get on her hands and knees and learn how to do this great, and the use something like tounge depressors, or a butter knife to smooth it out so it looks professional, then have FUN at Home Depot.

It does work to help seal the apartment, and send those boogers elsewhere.
