Have you called the Quality of Life hotline? (888-677-5433). They will immediately dispatch 911 police to the site. You can complain anonymously so you don't have to fear retaliation. I live in a tough, noisy Harlem neighborhood. It takes persistence, but I finally closed down our nightly, very loud, outdoor salsa party by calling the hotline. By the way, calling my local police precinct got me nothing. Good luck. Chloe Diane
