some of those responses are way off base; but you have to come back to the forum to read the responses to responses......

I think you can also file a NYC complaint because of that comment about non-English-speaking parents, especially if you're from one of the specially protected minority groups.

I seem to remember a page on Tenant.Net about the several anti-discrimition laws and who to contact: it may be part of or near the page about harassment. not the one I remember, but worth a look:
