I live in a free-market rent building with rent under $2,000 in a very large building. I have rented here for 5 years. My landlord sent me a letter informing me that they will not renew my lease. They give no explanation nor do they respond to my calls or letters. Can I stay on after the lease term ends? At least until I receive a notice of eviction? Thanks.
