If the landlord asked for it in the pettition and you lose the judge could grant him legal fees....SO DONT LOSE!

Yes most security deposits are One Month so when you rent is raised so is your secuirty.

Rent increase..do you have a lease? or did the landlord give you 30 day notice?

: also if the rent increases do i have to pay the increase of the rent and extra to bring my original security deposit up to the current rent agreement
