Please lower the caps and think out your question before you post it so that it is clear. What you poted is nearly incoherant and for the most part irrelevant.

Remember when dealing with important matters like your housing, focus on the relevant facts (such what kind of lease you have, where you live). The fact that you are are divorced and the date you get paid on are both IRRELEVANT.

I also don't understand why you would pay "back rent" when you first moved in ... do you mean you paid 6 months in advance?

: I PAID 6 MONTHS BACK RENT TO THE LANLORD WHEN I MOVED IN IN ORDER TO GET MY APARTMENT---AM I JUSTIFIED TO GET THAT BACK WHEN AND IF I MOVE---I AM BEHIND A MONTH IN MY RENT NOW DUE TO DIVORCE SETTLEMENT--BEEN OPAYING ON THE 26TH INSTEAD OF THE 1ST--GET PAID ONCE A MONTH ON THE 26TH---
