: It's going to be a fight: Next time, write the dog into the lease.
: How did you live without your service dog from March thru August?

I was doing ok when I moved in, and gave him to a friend. (I'd see him all the time) then lost my job in april, freaked out, and brought him to the apartment. LL found out and sent me a letter to cure. I tried explaining my circumstance but he wouldn't hear it, and I was not "well" enough to fight it at the time.
(Please keep in mind that I still pay my rent so rent isn't an issue. )
Also, many of the dogs are young dogs and our rent bill states "No dogs" on everyones bill. (I know others in the building so I know theirs are the same) (he does turn a blind eye to some dogs that are not supposed to be there)
