LL must apply the pet rule to all tenants, unless certain tenants
were there before he bought the bldg, managed to write the dog into the lease, or had the dog for longer than 3 mos before LL found out.
On the front page here at Tenant Net scroll down towards the botton and find the link "So you want to keep a pe5t but the lease says no"
