: : My question is when does the landlord have to pay the refund to the tenant? I was told school taxes need to be paid in early Oct.. My landlord said he would pay us in a lump sum but we had to wait until some un-named date in the spring. If we pay our rent late he charges us, but he can pay us what he owes any old time. Please help me!!!!!
