Attached to my Renewal Lease Form is a rider, printed on my landlords stationary, called an information sheet, asking my name, employers name, address & phone number, emergency numbers to call, and whether I have air conditioners installed, and if I have a washing machine installed.
Do they have any right to this type of information? I have rented here for the last 20 years.
Can I just return my completed Renewal Lease Form without this rider without any repercussions?
