I know someone who went through this in wash Hts, almost EXACT same sitch, and her LL harassed the living hell out of her and the court battle was long and costly. That being said, i THINK the succession laws MIGHT have recently changed to EXCLUDE "great-grandchild" form succession, if this is the case, you have no path to succedd. If NOT, PRESS ON. You are already a tenant in the legal sense, livign there, receiving mail, etc Good luck, it's worth a fight IF the succession is stil valid -
