i was recently served with a 30 day notice. lately from talking to other neighbors im finding out that she does this to get you to talk to her about something she is going to accuse you of doing. first can she do this? and second if the 30 day that was posted to my door isnt signed at the bottom stating they served me with it..does it stick? they usually send one in the mail too, but havent gotten it yet because my mailbox is stuck and they wont seem to get it opened for me...my roommate didnt pick up the mail when i went on vacation so its full to the max.. thanks
