Hello-

After much stressing my landlord over our buildings dilapitaed conditions, the management company is working on fixing our building but the construction is actually taking place outside in our court yard and only 5 people were are working on the project. None are legal contractors or construction workers. This is all because the management company does not want spend money on a contractor that could do this work right and in a week. What can I do? Is the work illegal?
