Disregard Lilly -- DO NOT touch roomie's stuff

Avoid that problem, and take the high road. Attorney already told you your rights but touching others stuff will just add fuel to the fire and roomie from hell may go to an attorney and use this as ammunition against you! Don't give roomie any ammunition!

Just tell yourself roomie will soon be homeless and in the meantime have friends over -- that's good advice. Not for a huge party, just quietly and as a quite form of force.

You've been handling yourself as best you can. Ignore her and keep having her papers served accordingly. If she tries to backpeddle and suddenly play "nice", ignore her and be on your way, minding your own business. Don't get soft, stay resolute!
