Lilly the question asked here is a good one. Rather than choosing to give your thoughts or opinions, you berate those who ask or answer. And just a few days ago you were stating that there are no idiotic questions. Guess you changed your mind on that.

Lilly you seem to assume I'm a landlord becuase I believe that rent control is a bad system that doesn't work. Well believe it or not, plenty of people oppose rent control, for the reasons I've laid out. In fact a lot of other cities and states have banned rent controls altogether, rather than embracing them like New York has. The reason I oppose rent controls is because the drive UP the price of housing overall. Now Lilly, think about that for a while before you come back with a knee-jerk defense. And please refrain from insulting other users here.
