: Gerald Lebovits, who has served as the principal court attorney to Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Edward J. McLaughlin for over 15 years, was sworn in as a Housing Court Judge by Justice McLaughlin last Thursday. Judge Lebovits was appointed to the Housing Court by Chief Administrative Judge Jonathan Lippman on Oct. 25.

So, Mark Smith, have you found out in which county yet?
