If you call the BIS phone, you'll probably just get the same info, maybe something extra. No harm in trying today: it's 24/7.

DOB probably won't be able to give you that info on the phone either: you need to look at the most current Certificate of Occupancy: go in person, DOB opens at 8:00am.
